Headset Microphone Problems

Hi guys,
I got following problem: There is a rustle and clatter sound on the microphone, whenever I connect a headset with my mi2s.
If I restart the phone (while it's still connected with the headset) I got no problems with the sound, but as soon as I disconnect and reconnect the headset the rustle sound on the microphone is back.
I'm actually on Simiui 5.11.12.
Does anybody got a solution ?
