How Disable All Power Saving

Greetings,

Just got my new Mi Mix and flashed weekly ROM immediately. But now I dont get Inbox Notification. Anyone knows why? I disabled MIUI optimizations, checked under "Power saver - Power saving for apps" that Inbox is on "No power saving" list but it still doesnt work.
Same for mail. Even if I set it to automatically it does not sync... only when I launch the Mail Application and manually refresh.

Anyone may help me there?
