How to remove all Google applications without causing a bootloop?

Hello, I want to remove all Google applications to replace them with microG. However, whenever I uninstall (with Titanium) all Google applications I get a bootloop.

I have read that there are ZIPs that can be installed via TWRP and delete them, but I have not found any.

I have a Redmi 4 Prime, I use this ROM:

xiaomi.eu_multi_HM4Pro_7.12.7_v9-6.0.zip

If you download and flash via TWRP the opengapp package you want, its script should take care of uninstalling any existing gapps - leaving only the ones from the latest package installed.
That worked for me with roms not providing their own preinstalled gapps, when I changed my mind as to how many gapps I wanted in my phone (hint: from full to pico package )

Edit: after reading again your post, I'm not sure even the minimal opengapps package would completely solve your problem..
