HyperOS 2.0 HyperOS 2.0 STABLE RELEASE

I'm interested in something else, why testers at the beta testing stage did not identify all these bugs, and ordinary users are forced to write about this or that flaw in the firmware? How do you test firmware if after the release people start writing both bugs?
As someone whose job is a lead for a video game,

It's an unfortunate truth that the biggest quality analysis testing you ever get is

The public

I don't know the ins and outs of what this ROM testing team does or even if it exists as something other than the devs but

They would be volunteers for a start.

And enthusiast users like us do a fine job. You don't want to? Fine, but I've used custom ROMs for over ten years now and this is just the way it is.

If what you're saying is there should be a dedicated testing team - fine, my current salary is over 40k per year, let's talk!

Otherwise.. volunteers it is. Including us

Two truths in life.

1) you get what you pay for
2) and you get out of it what you put in.

Use Global ROMs, there are a lot of testers there.

The "you get what you pay for" phrase is untrue, sometimes you pay less, you get more.

Xiaomi.eu don't own most of the phones, have few members, and release hundreds of ROMs every year. Your expectations seems very far from reality,.
Dude thinks that we have an orchard where we grow devices on trees. :D
Even the Xiaomi 15/15 Pro ROMs were released without anyone on the team having the device and only tested by a single volunteer from the forum, that's why it took so long. It is what it is.

The same thing on Xiaomi 13, terrible animation brakes, a lot of under-translation into Russian, very fast battery drain - it melts before our eyes! Applications are unloaded from the background, music was playing - silence, I see it unloaded)) I have to launch it again! As in the first Hos, the problem with a modem, they call me, but I’m unavailable, I have to flash the modem separately from the global firmware! I really hope it’s all the developers will be eliminated, although as they say they wait three years for what was promised
So everything works perfectly on my Xiaomi 13 Pro (Nuwa) and the battery performance is much better than with HyperOs 1.0.
- How did you install?
- Dalvik / Art Cache cleaned after installation?
- Updated TWRP to A15?

Battery saving tip: Deactivate the background update of the standard weather app, it needs a lot of power and I think it's still a bug at the moment.

For authentication to my Google account i used "Passkey". Since upgrading from MIUI 14 Stable to HyperOS 2.0, Passkey no longer works. Password manager (automatic synchronization) cannot be enabled. How can the problem be solved? Thanks in advance!
no one can help?

additional info: when trying to activate automatic synchronization in password manager a pop-up “Load element” appears briefly before the message “Server error”.

You are confusing the 2 password managers, in the picture on the far right is the manager from the phone itself and on the left is from Google.
Create a new passkey for your phone, you may have to log out of Google and log back in.
I also work with Google's password manager and it works perfectly for me under HyperOS 2.

Hi,
I reinstalled the rom on Xiaomi 13 pro and the phone become smooth again and everything seems working perfectly.
I can switch between apps easily.
Battery draining seems to be very bad and I have to check if charging is still fast...
It's better than the first install

hi there, anyone with latest EU on 14ultra has working google assistant while screen off?
was working before latest update.

Xiaomi 14 Pro, on firmware 2.0.6.0 xiaomi.eu and 2.0.7.0 xiaomi.eu, gestures stop working at random, the Instagram app opens the second time, the DevCheck app incorrectly shows the battery charge (I think there are other problems, I saw this in 2 days). On firmware 2.0.101.0 xiaomi.eu, the Instagram app opens the second time, the DevCheck app incorrectly shows the battery charge, the keyboard collapses at random (I think there are other problems, I saw this in 1 day). I returned to 1.0.50.0 xiaomi.eu, there are no problems here, everything works fine!

A huge thanks to everyone behind this fantastic project! I updated my Redmi Note 12 4G from version 1.0 to 2.0 with a dirty flash, and the ROM has been performing flawlessly. While it was a bit laggy during the first few hours, everything smoothed out once it settled, and now it’s incredibly fast and smooth. On top of that, I’ve noticed significantly better battery life. Excellent work on this update!

Because on Xiaomi 14 "Import" option is not available. How can we test something that is not available on our models?
We reached Sourceforge file size limit. Investigating the issue.
ROMs should be available now.

Works just fine, only long press home for assistant is still broken.
