Discussed many times in this forum. eSIM feature is hardware dependent, not software dependent. Since the global device has eSIM, you are able to use it with xiaomi.eu ROM.

To be more precise, it's both hardware and software dependent. We have the required software included in our ROMs for fuxi, all that is left is for the hardware to exist.

Finally on my 13 Pro Nuwa, HyperOs 2 is not so good.
Phone and animations are slow and lag. Notification center is very slow.
When I switch between two applications, they always restart from the beginning as is they where shut down.
Battery drain is terrible, the worst I've seen since I use xiaomi.eu...
Waiting for a better update.

1. Xiaomi checks them differently in Global ROM (and our ROM is being recognized in code as Global ROM). Patched for next release.

Xiaomi.eu don't own most of the phones, have few members, and release hundreds of ROMs every year. Your expectations seems very far from reality,.

I don't know the ins and outs of what this ROM testing team does or even if it exists as something other than the devs but
They would be volunteers for a start.
And enthusiast users like us do a fine job. You don't want to? Fine, but I've used custom ROMs for over ten years now and this is just the way it is.
If what you're saying is there should be a dedicated testing team - fine, my current salary is over 40k per year, let's talk!
Otherwise.. volunteers it is. Including us
