HyperOS 2.0 HyperOS 2.0 STABLE RELEASE

Do I need twrp or a modified recovery to be able to install the updates from the Update app? I downloaded it and gave it to reboot to install but it just took me to hyperos recovery and did not install, I had to flash from the pc to install it.
i think you need orangefox or twrp to update, i always update with orangefox on my Sapphiren... But sometimes i use to flash updates with PC

Yes, it is written in the OP, TWRP (or equivalent) is required.
Absolutely right, consult the guide the day I installed xiaomi.eu but I stopped at the step of installing twrp as I had no intention of doing so, although I did not know that a modified recovery was needed to install updates, I guess I will continue installing them from the pc, as I wanted to have the mobile as standard as possible, at this point in life I am no longer so excited about the issue of root and recoverys, I just wanted the xiaomi.eu updating itself, thanks for the clarification!

Hello, I have a problem with my Poco F7 Ultra , NFC does not work and the option is not findable. If I click in the control bar on the NFC icon, nothing happens. I have provided a logcat here. I have clicked several times on the NFC icon while logging and nothing happens if you want to switch on NFC.

No issues with Gpay or anything else on my Garnet with latest fix. Payments and banking apps working. But, currently running 2.0.1.0, because I've read some issues with 2.0.4.0 and 2.0.6.0. It's safe to update?

Installing with fastboot should create no problems. However, it can make a difference on either (the quality of) the cable, and/or the port that you use.
(There may be some variations here.)

When installing with Recovery you have to make sure that you not only have the latest Recovery (or TWRP),
https://sourceforge.net/projects/recovery-for-xiaomi-devices/files/
but also when installing Recovery, you use the correct Fastboot commands, otherwise things may go wrong!

Thanks for the clarification and links, I am still having trouble figuring out which method is needed on the Xiaomi 15.

Devices with Dedicated Recovery Partitions (A/B).
Or
Devices with Boot as Recovery (A/B).

You dont need TWRP, just use the fastboot script which is in the .rar . Anyway there is no properly working TWRP out there for everything which was relased since the Xiaomi 14.

Thanks, fastboot is the method I am currently using, but I would still like to know the way to do it with twrp in case I decide to try it in the future.

Again, there is no working TWRP for your device.
So what is the other link that my colleague sends me? I see there a twrp for Xiaomi 15, although it is not yet decryptable, still as I say this may change in the future and I would like to know which of the sections that come out in the guide that the companion shared would be the one that would apply to the Xiaomi 15.

The thread which was posted describes it pretty well but apart from that the versions which are available for your device seem to be faulty and most likely there will never be a working one.

Maybe for someone who understands something else this is well explained but for someone who does not speak English and has to translate and who also does not understand very well where the processor of the Xiaomi 15 fits between "Snapdragon 685, 4 Gen 2, 7/7s/7+/8/8s/8+ Gen 1/2/3" and "Snapdragon 678/680/695/778G/778G+/780G/870/888/888+, 4 Gen 1" can be a bit confusing, but well still thanks for your comment, I'll wait to see if someone else can answer me the simple question of "Which of those two parts would the Xiaomi 15 fit in?"
