HyperOS 2.0 HyperOS 2.0 STABLE RELEASE

I'm using it and it works fine. Don't know what to tell you. Make a log during boot or something.
I fixed the error, downloaded the ROM again and reinstalled it again and again, and lo and behold, everything is fine again.

I updated my Mi 11, awesome!!! Smoother. Now, I can't register a card in Google Wallet to use via NFC, the regular bank card that has the bootload unlocked. Any solutions? Thanks.

Thank you again.
I have a problem. What can I do, if I plugged on the phone in fastboot. I run the install without data wipe bat file, and only "Waiting device" , and nothing happen? Im trying with the original cable, but nothing happen.

Win 11 is the problem?

Just an update on the latest Vermeer version, the 215, significant improvement on battery life. Heating problem is reduced, screen-on usage reduced from 20%/hr to 10%/hr, for screen-off from 3%/hr to less than 1%/hr, updater app still disabled though.

What is your screen on time?

Hello,

My wifi network indicator is getting on and off every 3-5 minute and I'm facing network issue of network indicator and now facing with new issue with blutooth also and my is phone is very slow after resetting several times and checked with raising complaint with network provider but no use of it , All saying please with your phone once

Thank you sir. This was the problem.

May I ask you, in calendar the notes to days is totally gone? On HOS1 I opened the calendar, I choosed a day, and in the 1/3 bottom of the screen that was a "notes" blank where I can write, and the right was a + button. Is this totally gone? Now I only can make an event without notes.
On OS1 we used an old app from MIUI era, a lot of stuff were changed since then. We don't decide which features Xiaomi keeps or removes.

Is their anyway to disable blur completely on topaz? Cause disabling windows level blur doesn't disable it in app folders which then run at like 15 fps xd. This phone just can't handle blur at all. I hope in future updates blur is disabled by default. For now if anyone knows a method to get rid of it without root, please do share.

I always faced this issue with most of devices running custom ROM(with Stock UI), which is, it would hang at TWRP after a factory data reset. My phone's model is Xiaomi 13 Pro(but i faced the same issues generally with many other devices).

1 - Unit is a Chinese variant Xiaomi 13 Pro, so i wanted to flash it to Global. Bootloader ủnlöcked, installed TWRP.
2 - Installed xiaomi.eu ROM via fastboot, clicked on windows_install_and_format_data.bat file, successfully 100% done without errors, booted into system fine.
3 - the ROM seems like a global official one, with everything works perfectly.
4 - issues is when i try to perform a factory data reset. When i goto settings-additional settings-factory data reset...
5 - It will then boot into TWRP & won't enter system.
6 - I did tried to do a normal wipe in TWRP
7 - the basic wipe in TWRP resulted with error failed to mount '/data' (Invalid argument), seems like the data partition has some issues, reported 0MB.
8 - following some guides online, i then went to repair file system, set to ext2, then ext4, then the data's partition 256gb appears, but still wont boot into system.
9 - i will have to reflash it by starting from step 2, & it will work again, but i'll nvr able to perform a factory data reset.

Can someone pls guide me on how to properly run my unit with a xiaomi.eu ROM, that would also enable to factory data reset normally?

Try selecting "Advanced wipe" and choosing metadata, data, cache and dalvik cache.

If that doesn't work, you'll have to use the format_data_only script in order to reset.

I dont know if its just me but i did a clear flash of my Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi SIM Activation Service is not working

i found out when this 0MB issue happened, the data partition are f2fs. However, when i set to ext2 then ext4, the 256Gb storage comes out showing again, so i need to re-install OS(xiaomi.eu). After that, it will be usable again, until i perform factory data reset. When i press factory data reset, again it will just loop me in twrp with the f2fs 0MB issue again.

i guess it must have something to do with the partition type. does the xiaomi.eu_NUWA_OS2.0.212.0.VMBCNXM_15 ROM supports EXT4? Is there a way to make it not to mess up when i press 'factory data reset'? I don't mind whichever partition type i use, ext or f2fs... Cos i'm gonna sell the phone & only wanted it to be global ROM. Don't want the new user to face issues when 'factory data reset' is choosen.

I don't think so. This is something the dev of your twrp image has to fix.

Why don't you just leave the stock recovery? If the new user is advanced enough to need twrp, they'll probably be able to flash it by themself.

so by this, u mean i can flash it back to stock recovery, while maintaining global xiaomi.eu custom rom?

so i can use miflash & flash global roms directly to my china version xiaomi 13 pro? with my current setup(ủnlöcked bootloader, China version, twrp), do i have to do some pre-requisite before flashing(like shall i make it back to stock recovery,etc...)? i don't wanna get it bricked.

It seems that you do not have sufficient knowledge and what you write is nonsense. If you have installed xiaomi.eu ROM it is not possible for the bootloader to be locked.
Yes, If you have a Chinese version of the device you can install the Global ROM, but you MUST NOT lock the bootloader.

Of course. Recovery is just a boot partition that is not related to the installed ROM.

Just get the recovery.img from the "images" folder in the ROM package you have installed, then flash it the same way you flashed twrp.

Though, if you're going to install global stock ROM, this is obviously not needed as the recovery will be reflashed with the global ROM.
