HyperOS 2.0 HyperOS 2.0 STABLE RELEASE

Xiaomi 14Pro (shennong) - after update to 2.0.219.0 - when I try open Whatsapp in dualapp mode it starts, shortly I see my chats, then blackscreen. When I start WA normal, not dual mode, everything is fine. Same problem with Nextcloud, I also have this in dualapp mode.
Does anyone has also this problem? With 218 it works normal.

I just installed the latest V.2.0.204.0 Rom a few days ago on my Redmi Note 13 Sapphiren. The flashing went successfully and the Rom works without any major problems on the phone. I installed it with the latest OrangeFox version and I did all the Wipes + Format Data and again a Format Data before the first start so that the memory would not be encrypted. All good and everything was fine from the first boot. The thing I want to ask is that when I enter OrangeFox again and do Wipes (Dalvik / Cache) there is not problem but apart it indicates "Storage is encrypted". In OrangeFox I can access the entire internal memory without problems too and everything works fine... The question I want to ask you is if anyone knows if when installing new Rom updates the next time it will be possible or not? Because apparently everything works ok! Why after finishing the installation and doing another Format Data before starting the Rom for the first time, OrangeFox tells me "Storage is encrypted" again? Thanks in advance for your answers!
Edit: I think it could be an OrangeFox bug, since I've re-entered the Recovery and can see all the files on the phone's internal memory and what I've saved in folders like "Downloads" and other new ones I've created. So I assume I'll be able to install new ROM updates without any problems from now on. I need your expert opinion, though: Is this an OrangeFox bug?

1. This is HyperOS 2.0 releases thread.
2. There is no Stable HyperOS 3.0 for any supported device yet.
3. We are already doing beta testing internally with our testing crew.
4. We still need translations and some apps from a Global HyperOS 3.0 build, so there's still preparation to be done.

Irrelevant. That settings screen is not native to HyperOS and only ever used as a last resort.

That's not a Stable ROM. Any build version ending with anything other than '.0' (in that link it's '.4') is an Internal Beta.

Hello, is it safe to downgrade from an Android 15 AOSP ROM to Android 14 HyperOS 2.0 ROM? Any extra steps required compared to the installation guide in the first post?

If you mean "downgrade" as in "dirty flashing", then no, you shouldn't do that.
If you mean "downgrade" as in "reflashing", then yes, thats absolutely no problem.
No extra steps required, just be sure to use fastboot and run the "_install_and_format_data" script for your OS.

There was a Clock app mismatch in the past that caused the alarms to be reset. It's not expected to happen again.

I also have this problem with the F1 app. It shows on other devices but now, on Xiaomi 13, says is no longer compatível.
There were a couple of issues with previous version:
- in notifications, mail app would show chinese symbols instead of original language captures
- pressing volume up button during alarm ringing would increase the volume of the alarm in system
- launcher is continuously restarting when the wallpaper is set to a super wallpaper, particularly Red Planet, and there is a Display Port via USB-C connected
- Analog Watch in AOD is switching to the "Red Planet"'s AOD screen
Are these addressed in the new 217 build?

Yes you canQuick question... I'm still on old beta 24.5.27 on ISHTAR, can I skip whole HyperOS 1 and just upgrade/update to HyperOS 2 Stable? Without data loss/reinstall. Thanks
Installed the update for Vermeer, but double tap to turn the screen off is not working anymore. It does work for turning on the screen.

Xiaomi officially added the "Double-tap to lock screen" feature. The setting is internally different, that's why it was untoggled.
