init.d Support ?!

Ive not been able to run init.d scripts since MIUI 4 (ICS and JB)...
Is there any mistake I make ?

md /etc/init.d
chown root.shell /etc/init.d
chmod 755 /etc/init.d
chmod 755 /etc/init.d/99MYSCRIPT

script is executable trying it manually..

tried that with different kernels ...stock..francos kernel..trinity kernel
Im using Galaxy Nexus btw...

decompile the the rom using the android kitchen, and then using the advance options in the kitchen you can add init.d suport
