New Insert SIM Card In First Setup

After connecting to Wi-Fi it shows a title: "Insert SIM Card" in the first setup on Redmi Note 7 even if you already inserted a sim card.
But network signal and RIL works without any problem.
I dont know this problem is for all countries but i face with this title in Turkey

There is no problem but this bug is still here on 20.1.16
