Installing International Rom To Mi 5s.

I am planning to buy the new Mi5S soon and I want first to ask if I can install the global ROM to it? How to do it steps by steps? If still not available now, I guess I have to wait.

The global rom is still unavailable currently, or even wont come out with a big chance
Since 5S might not be planned to sell overseas.
But you can still use the rom provided by xiaomi.eu.
