Installing Xiaomi.eu on Mi10T (apollo) on Europe version

Hi, I just bought a Mi10T normal edition, not pro, and I'm thinking of switching to Xiaomi.eu's ROM, the thing is that, I think my device came from Europe (I'm not on an Europe country) it came with the Official Global Europe ROM, and I also checked by executing the $ getprop ro.product.mod_device command on a Terminal Emulator app, and the output was apollo_eea_global. So I was just wondering if I could safely install this ROM on this device without any problem. This device recently got the TWRP recovery
