K30 5g play video and audio stuck after updated to miui eu 12.1.1

I update miui stable to 12.1.1 (android 11) at my k30 5g. Then all the video and audio, whatever it comes from, stream app, local storage, or website, will stuck a few seconds then play , then stuck again and play, over and over again.

What I'm tried:
1.reboot my device
2.change wifi / 4g
3.change media source.

But it is not working at all.

I'm 100% confirm its system problem. But how can I fix it?

Restore factory settings. Now it work.
