Low touch sensitivity on borders MI 8 SE

Hi,I received my Mi 8 SE today,I'm quite happy with it,rooted it using magisk 16.0 and installed the latest weekly update.

But there's something that bothers me a little,writing the "border" letters like "a" on the keyboard is a bit difficult,I tested the touch sensitivity and I found that it''s lower on the borders (all borders) than in the center,sometimes when I press a button that is close to the border (like some keyboard letters) it takes a bit longer to register the input.

I don't know if this issue happens with all Mi 8 SE's or maybe I got a faulty unit,or maybe it's a problem with the rom,anyone else with this issue?

I have the same problem on MI8 SE especially when using full screen gesture and typing nearly edge of screen.

This is a known problem that is related to full screen mode.
Hopefully future updates will fix this.

I do not have a proximity sensor running and the screen turns off not immediately
