Mi 11 Ultra Google pay not working due to security reasons

Could not find the answer after googling two day. So starting conversation from the scratch
Last week arrived Mi 11 Ultra MIUI Global 13.0.2 android 12 from Ali Express.
Google pay / google wallet is not working because of security issue with the device.
Corporate teams says "phone is rooted" and not working as well.
What is the best way to fix it?
Is it possible to just unroot the device? - I don't what tool was used for rooting the phone.
Is flashing the ROM the must in that case? - What version preferably?

If the mobile is a Chinese version, the bootloader is unlocked and the Global Rom is installed.
That's what I mean.
If you install the Xiaomi.eu Rom, your problem will be solved.

what version of ROM do you recommend?
As far as i understand i will loose all of my app data. Are there any simple options to backup my applications to PC and restore it after flashing the ROM ?
