I did, same problem, I was using open camera to test.Have you tried using 3rd party camera app ?

If i start the camera and the picture is blurry, i turn the phone upside down (display looking to the floor) for a second. If you watch the camera while upside down you will see the lens moving a few micrometers. After turning back i have a sharp picture.
it's same result as tapping the camera module, the aim is to move camera lens manually, haha
It's not a macro function at all, whatever you want to call, I call it an optical/hardware fault.We call that "macro" that means camera app always try to focus closest objects. You must try to hold your phone paralel with your object (i.e keyboard like your photo). Have a nice day!
