MI 8 SE Updater app no option to select update file

Hi, my Mi 8 SE is currently running xiaomi.eu miui 9.5 and I want to update it to miui 10 however there is no option to select update file in the updater app.

Any suggestions?

update it manually via fastboot
you need to install twrp and download the room then install it in twrp
