Mi Service Framework

Is it possible to replace Mi Service Framework from the global beta instead of using the Chinese beta ? Because on Global beta I have my "Yi Home" App notification working good (which use Mi Service framework to push the nofitication) but i'm not getting any Yi Home notification on Xiaomi.eu which is based on Chinese ..

EDIT : Here a picture of what i'm talking about, so as i said, on Xiaomi.eu this app doesn't send notification, and the only difference is that Mi Service Framework coming from chinese rom and not global one

Ok my issue is fixed by putting Belgium (i think it's for all western european country) in build.prop as a region. Because changing region didn't do the trick, i had to put it on build.prop + reboot
