MI4 Turkish and Dutch language

Hi all,

I'm a new owner of a MI4 WCDMA and was looking for possibilities to have the Dutch and/or Turkish language on this phone. I installed the global version from this website, but saw that the above languages were not included in the Rom. Then I went back to the developer version (rooted) and installed a third party app like "more locale".

However, I'm still looking for ways to use the native language of the phone instead of third party applications. With other words: Which stable Rom do I need for the MI4 if I want to use Dutch or Turkish as language?

So the follwing rom did not include the NL and TR languages:

Or do I have to install the language package afterwards? How does that work?

Which rom do i need exactly?
