I own a Mi smart compact projector (MiprojM05) and I’m trying to wake it up over the network. However, I can’t figure out how to keep the Wi-Fi connection active when the projector is off—similar to how a Google Chromecast with Google TV does this natively.
For context, I’ve set up the ADB extension in Home Assistant, and it works flawlessly with my Chromecast with Google TV. However, with the projector, it only works when the device is already powered on.
Does anyone know if there’s a way to maintain the Wi-Fi connection in standby mode or another workaround to achieve this?
