You can try doing something more productive with your phone, I don't know.

Remove the "res/drawable-xxhdpi/org.zwanoo.android.speedtest.png" file from the "/system/media/theme/default/icons" archive.

Direct TWRP flash should be fine. (EU Rom 8.1)
Just wipe the cache/dalvik at the end for refresh.

I'm already off the alarm sound and vibration in the setting and app.
But the setting is always reset(sound and vibration is on) when I get a message.

Sounds like Whatsapp is recreating its notification channel. This is (strangely) an allowed behavior in Android apps, and we have no control over this. Another app that is notorious for behaving like that is Telegram.

Succefully flash 10.2.3.0 from 10.0.1.0 on my Mi 8 SE.

You need :

- Twrp1102.img
- Twrp1217.zip
- Eu Rom 10.2.3.0


---------------------- INSTALLATION ---------------------
- Backup your data on your computer if needed.
- Flash Twrp1102.img with adb.
- Boot to recovery then FORMAT data + wipe.
- Copy 10.2.3.0 from computer to your phone.
- Flash 10.2.3.0, DON'T REBOOT and simply go back.
- Copy Twrp1217.zip from computer to your phone.
- Flash Twrp1217.zip.
- Wipe Dalvik Cache.
- Reboot to recovery.
- Reboot.
