Here are my observations on RN9s so far
1. Laggy; since last updated I lost fluidity and smoothness, it takes abt or close to a second to respond to clicks most times
2. Poor battery; my battery has been awesomely performing below par
3. Screen itch; don't know if I'm the only one experiencing this, but most times while I play games, controls seized, I most hibernate the game (i.e. press the power button) for abt 2seconds before normalcy will be restored. I've been experiencing this from previous update before the last one though, but the occurrence is much with the recent updates.

Lastly, there's a feature I do enjoy on stable ROM or older EU ROM,I guess I don't know how to activate it; "the features is DND,when enabled, notifications won't pop up but will give sounds." I will be glad if someone can help me with this?

That's why I returned to original miui but Taiwan region for call recorder.
On 2 phones I found xiaomi. Eu laggy. Its not phones issue bekacuse it happens in scrolling Web, or playing low graphics games..

I've reported the same issues for RN9S, mine got less laggy when I turned off screen gestures and use the on-screen navigation but it's far from fluid, also there's a big with animation when opening apps and cellular sometimes doesn't find a network. Have to restart, airplane mode and switching back doesn't help.

But yeah, don't know if it's bugs from China rom or from the developers here but this update is quite unusable at least for the RN9s series.

Why I have latest Stable ROM which says Google certified and safetyNet passed and I am not certified? Few weeks ago everything was fine now I even can't see Netflix in Google. Bank app doesn't want to turn on. Can use national lottery app anymore. What is going on?

If you mean Global EEA ROM can install 12.5.6 directly, but you need to install the complete ROM.

hi, I'm using Mi11 Lite 5G eu ROM 12.5.5 version, so far the experience is great & smooth. Previously concern bank apps not working but so far everything work.
So far I encounter two issue. 1st sometime after reboot sd card not working, need reboot again until it detect sd card. 2nd is in some apps after rotate phone in landscape mode, there is a black bar on the left side selfie camera area. It happen in Whatsapps, FB, samsung browser. Not sure are apps problem or eu rom problems. TQ alot

dont dirty flash, clean flash will have better battery

Not sure if you have your issue after latest update (September 8 2021), when 12.5.8 was released for Mi10 (umi), or the issue was present before on your phone.
I have same model as yours, same firmware, but without your issue.

Please file a bug on Bug area with more details, to be investigated by the team.
I recommend to save all your phone content, fully flash any stock ROM trough Fastboot, then check you wifi support on that stock rom.

For the matter of fact (but out of scope here), with Magisk, LSPosed and CustoMIUizer, you can enable System Apps Updater in Xiaomi.eu and update the System apps through - see the screenshots
