Yes to allThanks. I am on V12.0.6.0. Can I download the update and install it without deleting my data? And if I install the latest Miui version, would I get both Andriod 11 and miui12.5.5?
Nonsense.Sorry but I'm a little confused, I need to update TWRP and I'm on 12.5 stable with root and Magisk. I read that if I update the TWRP then I have to redo root and reinstall Magisk, is it true?
I confirm the doubt I had, after the TWRP update I lost the Magisk installation and root.Nonsense.
TWRP flashes to Recovery and Magisk to Boot partition - hence installing/updating one does not affect the other any more than today's rain or sun
You either messed up something or you had a device which had to use the recovery for Magisk since it's kernel had no ramdisk?I confirm the doubt I had, after the TWRP update I lost the Magisk installation and root.
Luckily I already had Magisk.zipper in my phone and from TWRP I flasked Magisk.
Messed up I don't think because I just updated from go to advanced install recovery ram disk and flash the latest twrp. Magisk says "Ramdisk Yes".You either messed up something or you had a device which had to use the recovery for Magisk since it's kernel had no ramdisk?
I had also the same issue, one of my banking app wasnt working but renaming TWRP solved the issue for me alsoFantastic thank you. rename TWRP folder worked successfully. May I ask will I need to set the name back again when the next OTA update comes?
Yes.Has the new 12.5.7.0 for Tucana the memory extension feature?

download the rom for your phone and install from update by choosing the zip file. always check MD5The rom stopped updating via OTA, I'm stuck on version 12.0.6.0
Maybe you had Magisk patched to Recovery - then obviously, flashing TWRP takes over the MagiskMessed up I don't think because I just updated from go to advanced install recovery ram disk and flash the latest twrp. Magisk says "Ramdisk Yes".
I just controlled and yes Xiaomi released it just some days ago. A good new, I think they have updated the security.I asked why I saw by ota MIUI 12 Beta Stable China version V12.5.5.0.RFCCNXM for MI 9 Lite came out, but apparently I haven't updated xiaomi.eu yet.

From Settings, My Device, tap to MIUI version top-left, Check for updatesHello everyone, a couple of months ago I installed the stable version of miui EU 12.5.1.0 in my mi9T that has become a Redmi k20 , I am very happy with it, the fact is that I do not know if I am in the last update and I must wait for OTA updates, or it is not updated via OTA, and if there are future updates I must do it via TWRP, I appreciate the help to clear up doubts ..
Congratulations on the great work with this room
Thank you
Cheers
From Settings, My Device, tap to MIUI version top-left, Check for updates
Besides, you can go to post #1 and from Downloads find what is the latest version for your device
You can also read there how uodates come and how they install.
You will receive notification but to upgrade you will still need TWRP
Please read the OP posts
My device is POCO F3, I don't remember exactly, it seems to me that from TWRP I selected INSTALL and then I selected the Magisk zip.Maybe you had Magisk patched to Recovery - then obviously, flashing TWRP takes over the Magisk
But for Xiaomi devices, even when Magisk app reports Ramdisk No, you should still flash Magisk to Boot, not to Recovery and you will have no problem with TWRP vs Magisk
What is your device and how do you install Magisk?
