Try looking for the official changelog on official Xiaomi China/Global forums for your device.
As for our changes, there's no way to keep track of them like with do with Weekly ROMs...

You can't, and shouldn't, update system apps except specific Google apps.

i did not notice that it went back to android 10
Why the new curtana eu rom is an Android 10 based rom why they went back from A11 to A10 with new miui update??
after 12.5.1 update on grus widevine is l3 now and cant watch hd netflix anymore

I was also surprised to see the most recent stable was A10 and not A11, but as the devs say it's a Xiaomi thing so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I was already in A10 'cause I was waiting MIUI12.5 to do the jump to A11, so I didn't have any trouble doing a dirty update with this stable.
My phone was reseted and I lost the intalled apps. Mea culpa.
Everything is OK.

Does the latest Xiaomi 11 12.5 firmware release have google signing/is it based off of the official release now and not the beta?

Did you rolled back 12.0.6.0 for redmi note 9pro/9s? Can't find it anymore.

I'm on xiaomi.eu 12.5, Mi 10 (umi) and i'm facing green tint on low brightness. I noticed a strange thing: on always on display (earth image) there is no problem. Does anyone else have this problem and is there a solution?
OK understood.
Just believe that A11 (12.0.1.0) is not as smooth and bugs-free (notifications, earphones volume in some cases, laggy menu browsing, radom reboots in some cases...).
The 12.0.6.0 (lucky that i downloaded it!), is a very good (even better than 12.0.3.0) rom in general experience.
But i understand that will be a little problem for those that have already the A11 rom.
