You are right, thanks for the information. Note 8 has the sensor on the back.I dont think there is such a setting. There might be different features for different fingerprint sensor types since the note 8 has the sensor on the back...(?)

Your phone is Redmi Note9 Pro and not Pro 5G/MI10 Lite.I have downloaded this:
xiaomi.eu_multi_HMNote9Pro5G_MI10TLite_V12.5.2.0.RJSCNXM_v12-11.zip
After checking I got the message that it is not allowed to upgrade to unofficial ROM package. Any idea?

To avoid this issue, you MUST use the MIUI Launcher. On my mi10 t pro miui 12.5.4 some app preview in menu disappear when I scroll.
I've attached the screenshots, in this case is the telegram window.

Hello again,Hello (again ^^),
Because your device is using a dynamic partioning system (like all recent devices launched under Android 10 and more), Xiaomi.eu ROMs for your device have a "Forced Read-Only" mode for the /system partition.
So that's why Magisk is needed to be able to modify your system "systemlessly", by applying a workaround to pass SafetyNet (unless Google reverts the latest SafetyNet update...).
Easiest workaround is to install my Magisk module => Fix_CTS_SafetyNet_v1.0-Magisk.zip
Read my guide about Magisk, you will know how to configure Magisk (basic configuration) => https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads...nstalling-android-11-update.60181/post-594671

What problem? SafetyNet problem? No it's not solved in latest Weekly version...Hello again,
I read the the Problem is.solved with the weekly build?
Is this true that IT Work with the weekly build?
And If yes, is a dirty flash possible?
Ah okay, then it makes no sense to change to weekly. What problem? SafetyNet problem? No it's not solved in latest Weekly version...
Did you format data after the install ?Hi! I'm new here. I have a Mi Mix 2s. I've installed the stock version build_number=V11.0.4.0.PDGMIXM via XiaomiFlash. After initial configuration I updated from the smartphone to 12.0.3.0.QDGMIXM stable. Now, from that I booted into flashboot, unlocked bootloader succesfully, installed twrp and from there the zip "xiaomi.eu_multi_MIMix2S_V12.5.1.0.QDGCNXM_v12-10". Rebooted and... stuck to "MIUI" logo. I've already tried it two times... any advice?
which install? format from where? could you please be more clear?Did you format data after the install ?
Use "Format Data" button in TWRP (in "Wipe" menu) then reboot your device.which install? format from where? could you please be more clear?
edit: when unlocking bootloader it formatted data. From there I just did the initial configuration and then rebooted to flashboot to install TWRP.
Uh it worked *-* thank you a lot <3Use "Format Data" button in TWRP (in "Wipe" menu) then reboot your device.
EDIT: Oh and first boot can take up-to 15 minutes.
