Invalid MIUI 14 Stable Marble Poco F5

I have downoaded this and although everything I can find is set to English I am still seeing Chinese characters in the date - see shot, also it is showing 'clock' under widget wtf ? yes I know it's a clock but how to get rid ??

You are using a third-party theme with a custom lock screen that has the date hard-coded in Chinese. What did you expect?
And to hide widget labels, go to Home settings and enable "Remove text from widgets".

ok great many thanks for your advice, widget dealt with, theme was downloaded from MIUI but was in English . .

Seems it's just the icon pack that is doing it
