I have successfully upgraded to MIUI 14. I have noticed 2 things however.
I am unable to change the default ring tone on my mi11 venus - miui 14 and unable to open the themes app. Appreciate any fix for the same. Everything else is fine. Do we need to manually assign the permissions or something ? Please update.
I could hear only 1 ringtone default one assigned, where we have 2 other xiaomi phones in my house and its confusing as everyone is having the same ringtone. Unable to change on mine. ya I know we can change the other ones....but its my bro's

I have Mi 11 Ultra.
Currently MIUI 13.0 (V.13.0.13.0.SKACNXM) stable installed.
Android version: 12 SKQ1.211006.001.
Now I would like to install V14.0.6.0.TKACNXM_v14-13.
The question is: which TWRP should I download and install? twrp-3.7.0_12-v7.0_A12-star-skkk.img czy twrp-3.7.0_12-v7.0_A13-star-skkk.img?

twrp-3.7.0_12-v7.0_ A12 -star-skkk.img (but the twrp-3.7.0_12-v7.0_A13-star version would probably work too)

You're following the wrong procedure for whatever device you have. Which device is it? It's likely one that uses a recovery ramdisk integrated into the boot image where it says no such partition.
One question regarding the downloads from "Sourceforge". Would it be possible to place the download to another (faster) download-platform? The speed of this platform is very poor (about 10 hours for one rom).

The problem is, that there is only one "mirror" of this file and i think, that is the "main source" of this download, because it is as slow as the "normal" download-source....

Your home screen layout isn't set to locked by any chance, is it? Hold an empty space on the home screen and click the gear/nut icon. You can also change the home screen settings through the main settings app.
Maybe i am silly, but it is exactly THIS thread...
Maybe for your Poco F3, but not for the Mi 11 Lite 5G...

It takes time for the mirrors to synchronize. That rom was uploaded to the first server less than an hour ago.
There will be many, for example here is the mirror list for the previous rom for your phone. Just have to wait a little bit.
