New MIUI 2.3.30 (HTC Desire Z)-Root problems, Contact Sync & Hard Keyboard/ Landscape mode issues

Issues I'm facing:

• ROM Manager (5.0.0.6) - Unable to run Fix Permissions - "An error occurred while attempting to run privileged command"
• Titanium Backup not getting Root permission even when it has the permission from Superuser (Please note that I have confirmed that I still have ROOT)
• Google Contact Sync stops working if I back up contacts using MIUI Backup
• Landscape mode still not completely compatible when hard keyboard is open

Looking forward to resolutions in future updates. Can't wait! MIUI Rocks and can only get better. Keep doing the awesome work guys!
