Recommended updates:

  1. New, Support to globally effect font-size, see (Settings > Full Settings > Display Settings > Font size) for info
  2. Online version of MIUI Weather (We will check if this includes international support from Xiaomi!)
  3. Notes app now supports inserting contacts and pictures
  4. New system updater reporting to give feedback on MIUI ROM
Further improvements will be made to the Xiaomi Cloud services as well to improve performance and stability.
Full change log will be posted on Friday as usual.
Thanks,
Mark

there will be an effort to fix some issues and old bugs? like copy2sd not working
There aren't so many new features in this release, so they could focus on fixing bugs :)

Anyways good work

The Button assignment with the Galaxy Nexus is still buggy ! ... Sometimes the Buttons completely dissappear...please fix bugs first

Bug fixes are in every release. Features are added Friday -> Monday, then refined, polished, and fixed till Friday.

Not to add to the complaints but I wish they would fix the memory leaks. There is no way that this rom eats so much memory without doing nothing.
I have tested it myself. As you open apps the rom starts to consume memory but never releases it, it´s like it keeps doing cache but never releases it until you get all your memory used and the rom starts to lag, bad.

Agreed.

They are doing their best and we are communicating with team xiaomi daily chasing up and making sure things are being adressed, bear in mind their is a order of priority let alone implement things accordingly.

Lets see what friday's update brings. Every friday is a good friday.

i notice with me SGS9300, i unable to access the "network operators" option, it prompt "Unfortunately, the process.com android.phone has stopped",

this option are needed for people who traveling and using roaming function, when we wanted to stick only to one particular teleco to prevent additional charges.

may i know where will be a good place to send comments?

Will we also see desire s rom this week?

I know, and I understand that in order to fix bugs they must establish a base or raking in which they work to get those fixes up.
But, when you can open 12 apps on a samsung stock rom and the memory footprint stays at arround 570 MB and you do the same on the latest miui v4 and the memory footprint goes up to 869 MB you have to realize there is something fishy here, and this is not a light but, it is a major bug, unless there is something else going on that we (the users) can't see.
And you know what? There is something weird.
Look at the screenshots below.
I oppened the applications menu under settings and on the running tab I saw this: Running apps consuming about 459 MB and Cached Processes 372 MB which is exactly what the task manager is saying if you summ the up.
But if you do the same, a Samsung stock rom UHLPS to be precise (this is the Argentina Unbranded ROM and it is one of samsung's best because it is being used all over at XDA) uses 623 MB to open 12 apps, including one heavy 3D Game.
So, miui is using 208 MB more than samsung to do almost the same. That is, I say a MEMORY LEAK as big as a car. or MIUI is not doing a good job cleaning unused ram when it has to.

Yes it was in BETA all week. It has to be released.

They say this Friday we can see update for Galaxy Note...Is it true?

It was in BETA all week. Should be stable enough.
