Contacts and Dialer FC fixed.
Double clock on home screen still there. MIUI8 is amazing it always fascinates me...

As like earlier

There is no OTA for this alpha roms here, I think. I've seen partial updates (70 Mb, etc) on official MIUI 8 Alpha test program but at xiaomi.eu OTA updates are full ROM so there is no partial from x.x.x to x.x.x.

- Change system language to english and reboot the phone
- Factory reset via TWRP (wipe data, wipe cache, wipe dalvik) and choose english language

Then I suggest you reset your device account, restart, login again, and try the unlock tool once again.

Yes it is safe, but I think a wipe is required so will lost all data.

So just put it in internal storage and select it through updater app and FLASH.

Yes, use Updater and flash it as usual. Did you read the unlocking post on miui.com??
