I've flashed 6.5.31 without clear data (only ARTCache and Cache). Everithing works fine.

If you don't wipe internal data, you will still have internal memory. But, just in case...do a full backup in computer.
Runs very good on Mi5! thanks for making an ROM based on this Alpha 1 build.
One question:
Since I'm on MIUI 8 my Mi5 vibrates (long) directly when it boots up, on the first boot screen (with only the Mi logo)
Is this normal? Everyone has this?

I was thinking maybe after installing this alpha build the bootloader got locked. I did not try to unlock it again with miui tool. Will try tommorow.

Dirty flash on mi3, everything works . Only clean cache. Nice update. Cool new settings for battery saver. Second space is cool but useless for me(for now). It consumes some space on phone ( ~ 100mb). Thumbs up

No. Your music, files and photos will not be deleted. Only apps, settings, contacts, messages and etc.
Just delete the second space icon created in menu then second space will get automatically disabled

And one more thing In miui 6.5.31 after using for 1hr it's getting freez
There I got solution for that nothing other than
I had installed a zurion CAF Kernal then my problem got resolved
