Installation:

Xiaomi devices:

• Install via OTA or Updater app

Other OFFICIAL devices:

• Install via OTA or Download and flash Multilang
• REBOOT
• Install Gapps
• Gapps 4.1.x : HERE
• Gapps 4.2.x : HERE - Only for MIUI v5 Galaxy Nexus (4.2.2)..

Other UNOFFICIAL devices and PORTS:

• Download and flash our current English Only ROM
• then flash the chosen language pack on top of it. (DO NOT WIPE)
• REBOOT
• Install Gapps
• Gapps 4.1.x : HERE
• Gapps 4.2.x : HERE - Only for MIUI v5 Nexus 4 (4.2.2)..

Hi I would like to ask, I have xiaomi m2s and 3.7.12 multilang, when I want to update via updater, it says new version found. There are 2 selection. "Apply Later" and "Download the OTA update". But when I click the OTA, it will download 375.8mb. Is this normal? How can I download the latest change only?

Tried, not working same message, every week i was using miuiandroid_aries_jb-3.7.xx.zip, shall i use miuiandroid_lang_aries-3.7.19.zip, to get OTA update next week ?

After OTA update i lost twrp recovery and have to reflash with Toolkit for Gnex. I flashed full rom again and everything is ok. Weird, any idea?

ROM replaced Recovery... no miracle...

But Ota abolished twrp, i flashed twrp again and then flashed rom. So what is difference between ota and full rom installation? Rom dont touch recovery, but ota did. is this a usual event or accidental?

No. Using the updater app replaces custom recoveries. If you flash via twrp or cwm, the recovery deletes the file which replaces it on 1st boot.

That means if anyone uses ota he does not have custom (eg. TWRP or CWM) recovery, instead he has stock recovery? In my case, after ota i had an android with a question mark instead of recovery menu.
