New to Xiaomi, need help with build numbers (15 Ultra)

Hi there

I'm new to the whole Xiaomi world and I would like to get some clarification about the build numbers.

In EU we currently have this version installed: OS2.0.9.0.VOAEUXM
I got a message that there is some new build OS2.0.10.0.VOAEUXM as "MI Pilot Release".

In China for a month now the had OS2.0.102.0.VOACNXM, shortly it was OS2.0.103.0.VOACNXM and now they're rolling out OS2.0.107.0.VOACNXM

So in China they are far ahead of Europe.
But now my acutal question:
Is the numbering in China the same as in EU? Does that mean we're like around 100 builds behind? Or is like the OS2.0.10.0.VOAEUXM the same as the OS2.0.102.0.VOACNXM in China?
Or why are we testing the 0.10.0 version in EU while the already have tested and used the 0.102.0 version for a month now in China?

Simply put:
ROM numbering/labeling is different/incomparable.
Chinese, EEA, Global, Russian, Indian, Turkish, Taiwanese, etc. ROMs have different numbering and cannot be compared with each other.
A ROM marked with a seemingly larger number may be older.
It is also necessary to take into account that the CN device is released on the market even a few months earlier than the Global device. It is impossible to compare the CN ROM with the Global one, they are very different.

So that's a bit a relief, I thought we are way back from the chinese 0.102.0 ROM (we may still are, but probably not as much as the number says)
