Number formatting & Date localization

Hello there

First of all, great ROM! Have it since the beginning of the week and I'm absolutely happy. Never seen an operating system for a mobile phone which has been so intuitive to use. Thanks for the good work.

Secondly, I want to use the english ROM, which I currently have on my phone. But as I'm from Switzerland, I would like to have the date formatted "dd.mm.yyyy" (e.g. 16.09.2011), phone numbers in the format "XXX XXX XX XX" (OR "+41 XX XX XX")

I've been looking for the settings which I cannot find. How can I change this part of the locale?

I know that if you flash the extended settings you can change that, but I don't think it's possible without it.
I don't think you can change how the phone numbers are shown though..
