Official Unlock For Kate (special Edition)

Hi.
Any news to unlock officially our RedmNote3Pro Special Edition(Kate)?
Miflash stops at 50%.
I mount latest global dev roms 6.10.13 and I find an unlock item in developer options to enable, but nothing.
We want to flash rom .eu.

Someone, unlike me, has manged to unlock officially using the official procedure and latest global dev roms starting from 6.10.13 where you can find an unlock item in developer options to enable. It seems the only successful way to do it, so for all the others it's a matter of waiting, time for enablement or synvhonizations, and retry one a week or two, that's the only suggestion for us.
