New Picture in picture mode in 10.3 Stable

The picture in picture mode doesn't work after installing the 10.3 Stable version in MI6. I have tried it with YouTube and Chrome and it is not working as it did with 10.2

Hay, have same problem on official ROMs and developer eu
When go to recently apps it freeze, then if reunlock your mi 6 it works

This problem appeared very long ago

You mean the picture in picture problem? I don't use full screen gestures. The issue appeared after installing 10.3

In that case I don't know what to tell you, we don't modify the Picture-In-Picture functionality.
