New Problem Notification Facebook

Good Afternoon,

I'm sorry for my bad english.

I'm having trouble following notification in apps:

- Facebook;
- Facebook Messenger;
- Instagram;

These apps not notify, tried several procedures and not notifying.

Could verify this bug?

Note: In the previous version 3.6.14 worked.

I'm on version 3.6.21
Device Model: Galaxy Nexus GSM (maguro)

I found that I had to set the app to autostart for the notifications to work on my phone. Even then it can be pretty sporadic. Messenger messages from within the standard facebook app come through most times. The regular notifications from the same app for tags, friend requests etc dont seem to come through sporadically.

Prior to setting the app to autostart I didnt get anything!

I put in autostart to receive some notifications still nothing.
I made the change by System Cyanogem and he resolved.
Spent hours without getting anything.
I do not know what kind of change was made in version 3.6.21 that since it did not receive anything.

it's not the only issue the havent fixed yet..

still instagram refresh bug in 3.8.2 ... when it will be solved? MI2A​
