Question About My Mi5s

hello,
I tried to put my mi5s in french, but I blocked at the level of the twrp.img, qd I write the command prompt "fasboot flash recovery twrp.img" Can not load twrp.img

I understand nothing more, I need help, thank you

Is twrp.img in the same directory from where you are sending the command?
What is the output of the command:

dir twrp.img

Try copying twrp.img in the same directory where you have fastboot.exe if that is the same from where you are sending the command.
