New Recents menu freezing

Recents menu sometimes freezing, not always but it's happening almost one of every 5 tries. i can send a video if it's necessary. When i try to open recents, the screen freezes and waits at least 5 seconds to be functional again. I've heard this problem from lots of users at our telegram group and as far as i know it's only happening in xiaomi eu rom.
