Redmi Note 4 Global - Slow Nand

Hi.
I just buy Redmi Note 4 Global 4/64GB (SD625), and while doing some performance tests I noticed that my phone is getting a decent performance in random write speed: about 7.5 MB/s (Androbench) - even my girlfriend in her low level Redmi 4A get over 8MB/s
Before buying this phone I read some reviews about performance and everywhere I read and watch videos about this model they say its get about 12MB/s - so this is biiiig different!
Especially if we take into account that this random write speed has a very big effect on how smoothly the phone works.
How this situation looks in your case?
Xiaomi put in worse quality memory??

I have just got a Xiaomi redmi note 4 Global Edition with the 625 and 3/32 gig of memory and my data looks a lot better.
Just flashed the ota update to 8.2.5.0 global.

This is my Note 4 Global (SD) on Global Dev (Android Nougat), slightly slower than yours, I'm encrypted though, not sure if that slows it down.

I decrypted my phone, speeds are about the same.
