After I flashed TWRP via Fastboot and Rooted my phone I begun flashing the Xiaomi.eu ROMs but I encountered something weird, I cannot Reboot my phone, when I press the Reboot button the phones shuts down but never turns on, I have to turn it on manually, it happens the same when I choose to Reboot to the Recovery Mode through the Updater App. What is more concerning is that I have to press the Power Button to turn on for a while, from 5-10 seconds which is awkward because it has no physical problems, this happens also if I want to Reboot to the Recovery Mode or Fastboot Mode. A point of interest is that I flashed Xiaomi.eu ROM directly without wiping anything and I was using the Global Beta from Xiaomi Forum (the date of the release was the same) everything worked out just fine but now I want to sell my phone and I need to fix this weird situation. What should I do?
Wipe Data, Cache and Dalvik? or
Advanced Wipe and wipe everything and then flash a fresh copy of any ROM?
