How can i set cpu limit ?

You can set it in AROMA while flashing the ZIP-File.

The new features one hand dosn't work

It works for my Mi2S , sorry I cant tell about Mi3 or Mi4.

Please install ROM with following AROMA config
CPU limit - default !
Recovery flash - disabled !
GPS Twekas - disabled !

Email App - yes !
MiWallpaper - yes !
Weather - yes !
Unicode stripper - no !
Miui Camera - yes !
MiBand - no !
Bug Report - yes !
DualBoot Switcher - no !

Logcat - yes !
Dalvik z3 libs - no !
Xiaomi Framework - yes !
CRT-OFF animation - no !

Install Rom and reply back if onehanded operation works now.

Ok, we gotta do that step by step.
Next step is checking init.d script and build.prop
1. init.d
use root explorer and go to /system/etc/init.d
remove all files in there
reboot device and test one handed operation feature

2. build.prop
use root explorer and go to /system/
edit build.prop
remove all lines after "#Additional Tweaks sMIUI"
reboot device and test one handed operation feature
