New Sms In Chinese Place

the rom have not chinese sms character encoding.when send chinese ，the man of receive will show a blank

I also have this problem, when I sent a text message in Chinese, the person receiving it only gets a blank message. I checked and I had GSM Alphabet disabled by default.
