[solved] dialing predefined number from icons gives a reboot (in 1.6.3 and 1.6.10)

In release 1.6.3 and 1.6.10 (i've just tested is). If i dial i.e my icon for voicemail the device reboots. (desire gsm). The same result if a try to dial a number from the touchdown application. For the time i'll go back to 1.5.20 which allows me to use this application and dial icons without a reboot.

It seems that this bug is the result of the new-permisions-management as described here: http://www.miuiandroid.com/2011/06/miui-1-6-10-reboot-issues-phone-and-messaging-apps-fix/

It would have been nice if the "ask" setting didn't result in a reset. But that seems to be fixed in todays release.

Where can I find the application that is needed to enable/disable the permissions ?
I have a superuser app, but it is the one used for root access. So am I missing something or what ?

You use the superuser app to grant permission to apps to allow permission to use sms n phone
