Sound Issue On Redmi Note 3 Se (kate)

Hi,

I've a sound issue on my new redmi note 3 SE. The sound on the loud speaker (the one use for phone call on the top of the phone) is low and it's very difficult to hear correctly phone call in a noisy environment.
Does any body can tell me what is happening? And how to solve it?
