New Statusbar and system freezes

When any notification comes, if i try to expand notification bar from middle of the screen, statusbar disappears and system freezes for a while.
After that it returns back normally but i can not use phone while it happening. It is here since miui 10.

Phone kenzo, rom latest eu beta rom.
