Stuck on bootloop everytime after opening Google Assistant

Hi, I have been having this issue recently and really need help. I have been stuck in this bootloop for about an hour now where miui logo keep turning on and off. I cannot force the phone to go into safe mode nor to boot it up with fastboot. I am losing all hope and this is my final straw before switching to apple because this is ridiculous.
