Support For Nexus 5 Stopped??

I was using happily miui 7 eu rom on my nexus 5 (hammerhead) for so long. When miui 8 comes, I couldn`t find miui 8 rom for my lovely hammerhead eu rom. I found that xiaomi still supporting hammerhead upto miui 8. Is this temporary or eu rom will no longer support for hammerhead?
