Sync At Background Suspended After Display Goes Off

After phone falls asleep, some apps don't sync as they should. I know it by that when i awake the phone, all pending events are immediately processed. Otherwise network is still active.Where the background synchronisation is being set?
Battery saving mode is set to Normal
Battery performance profile has background sync ON
all related apps are don't limit in background
Wi-Fi in display off is don't suspend

Having MIUI 7.5.1.0 stable
