Sync Issues With Outlook.com-email

Hello,

i got a new Mi4 and i´m really happy with it.

I use the stable Version: xiaomi.eu_multi_cancro_V7.2.11.0.MXDCNDB_V7-6.0 and i have one issue i cannot explain:

my last phone was a nexus 5 and i used to sync and write emails with k9. I use multiple mail-accounts and all of them are set up via IMAP.

Now on my MI4 with xiaomi.eu-rom, i konfigurated my k9-email as usual and have a strange problem:
All IMAP-Accounts are syncing normally (Apple, posteo, gmail, privateEmail), except the outlook.com Account.
I tried other MailApps, but all have the same behaviour (BlueMail, Kaiten Mail) ...
The only client that can manage all accounts is the stock-miui-mail-app, but there is a lack of needful features like sendAs or alias-management :-\

I tried a lot of guides that give hints for this problem, but none of them solves this problem:
- pinning k9 to the background an restricting it from beeing closed
- allow fully background network-usage
- put it into autostart
- in securiry-options: check autostart and rights
- disable all batterie-protection for this app
- ...

Is this a known bug or do i have a specific problem with this?


Are there any workarounds i don´t think of?

Or is there a tool that is as good as k9 and works with outlookEmail?

I use same stable and have no problem with Outlook and Gmail..
But I use CloudMagic..

Do you use any special settings or the stock-settings on xiaomi.eu rom?

Maybe you stopped battery-savings or anything like that for mailapp?

Stock.. I had no pb also with developer rom.. Never
Did you tried to uninstall reinstall?
